What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and that’s how most customers choose to pay. However, if you have specific requirements or a large number of users we also provide other terms of payment such as invoicing.
Is there a free or trial version of Pondr?
Yes. We offer a free 60 day trial on all new signups. No credit card is required and you can cancel anytime. Once the 60 days are up, you will be required to enter your credit card information to continue to use Pondr.
Are my innovation ideas kept private and secure?
We take data security seriously at Pondr. We are committed to safeguarding your data and we have put in place adequate security measures to ensure that data we collect is not altered, accessed without authorization or lost. For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information such as credit card number and billing information that you send us electronically.
Are my innovation accounting numbers kept private and secure?
All the innovation accounting metrics are calculated real-time and only accessible by authorized users.
